Agreement between Parent-Reported and Youth-Reported Internalizing Symptoms in an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital

This study examined the degree and role of agreement between parent- and youth-reported internalizing symptoms among inpatient psychiatric adolescents. Results indicate modest agreement across parent and youth reporting of internalizing symptoms, and the need for evaluation of parent psychopathology for inpatients.
