Abstract

A text-based AI chatbot (Tess) to extend behavioral counseling initiated in a pediatric weight management program has been evaluated. Patients reported 96% of interactions as useful; data and vignettes of patient experience will be discussed. Implementing Tess as a support for a pediatric weight management program was feasible and useful.
