Abstract

The present study investigated Turkish international graduate students’ motivational orientations to continue their education in relation to U.S. graduate students. Quantitative analysis revealed that U.S. graduate students more frequently experience intrinsic motivation and performance-approach motivation. Practical implications and future research directions are discussed.
