Brief Mindfulness Meditation Interventions Impact Learning Strategies and Academic Motivation for College Students

Abstract

A Mindfulness Meditation program was administered online and on – ground to explore the relationship between mindfulness, learning strategies, and GPA. Results indicated significant differences between scores on baseline and follow – up measures of mindfulness and learning strategies with some differences between participants in different versions of the intervention.
