Abstract

Peer victimization is a pervasive challenge for American youth. Approximately 82% of rural youth report victimization and rural American Indian (AI) youth face additional challenges and barriers. We’ve examined longitudinal growth/change in individual and community protective factors in these groups and examined how peer victimization predicts mental health outcomes.
