Perceived Social Support Positively Impacts Adolescent Well-Being in Nine Countries

Abstract

The purpose of the current study was to examine the relations between sources of social support and aspects of adolescent well-being.1,417 adolescents from nine countries were surveyed.We concluded that perceived social support from parents, close friends, classmates, and teachers are associated with greater adolescent well-being.
