Abstract

The REAL model is an easy to teach and remember leadership model. In the model, R emphasizes relationships; E reinforces environmental scanning; A encourages action; and L reflects life-long learning. We will describe how learning style coordinates with the REAL leadership model when teaching leadership to online students.
