Who, What, and Why? Attitudes about Underage Drinking and Prescription Stimulant Abuse in Undergraduates Using Fictional Scenarios

Undergraduates’ attitudes about underage alcohol and prescription stimulant abuse were assessed using fictional scenarios and analyzed by latent profile analysis. Among the findings, students strongly agreed that underage alcohol use or misuse of prescription stimulants was illegal, and yet did not view stimulant abuse for academic advantage as cheating.
