The Role of Touch as a Means to Furthering Consumer Understanding

Tactile input has been found to have the capacity to alter consumer perception and behaviours. However, there is still limited knowledge in regards to when tactile cues have a key role to play. Taking multiple consumer perspectives into account we seek to further the understanding of touch in consumption.
