Applications of Brief Social Psychological Interventions to Improve Academic and Personal Well-Being
Four talks explore new applications of social-psychological interventions that (1) promote beliefs that stress is enhancing, (2) normalize concerns about belonging, (3) correct misperceptions of mental health norms, and (4) increase focus on others’ happiness. Results demonstrate that brief interventions can lead to long-lasting benefits for attitudes, achievement, and wellbeing.
