Abstract
A survey was developed to measure aspects of a patient’s experience while being seen in a busy Regional Psychiatric Emergency Service in Ontario. The survey asked patients to report their demographics, diagnosis, whether or not they had been kept in seclusion, and how they rated their experience along eight dimensions.
