Abstract
Effective instructional design/redevelopment may help minimise the high levels of student disengagement, demotivation, and departure/dropout within (and beyond) psychology training programs. Drawing upon qualitative data (330 responses to an open-ended item), and large-scale intervention results (from 36 units/courses), this poster will offer practical teaching-related insights to optimise student outcomes.
