Abstract

In a mixed-methods design, senior psychology majors completed an employability skills inventory and participated identified opportunities in the major for developing those skills. Responses were used to design a portfolio project for incoming psychology majors, who identified opportunities for development in the psychology major. Assessment implications are discussed.
