Making Time for Time Management – Busy Work or Game Changer?

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of time management assignment in an introductory psychology course. When compared to the effectiveness of the content-focused assignments, the findings suggest that practicing time management skills during the semester can aid in students’ overall course performance.
