Reduced Consumption of Resources Improves Students’ Carbon Footprints

Abstract

Conservation psychology is the recognition of the bidirectional relationship between humans and the environment: how nature affects people and how they in turn affect the environment. This study demonstrates that students’ carbon footprints significantly improve after participating in a class project aimed at reducing their resource consumption.
