Helping Students to Meet APA Learning Goals through a Virtual Psychology Research Conference

This poster describes how an online psychology research conference for learners helps to facilitate the development of the hard and soft skills that the APA (2013) outlined in their Guidelines for the Undergraduate Psychology Major and that employers require of employees. Two years of conference data will be provided.
