Rules and Guidelines
The 2011 APS Film Festival is open to all; there is no entry fee. To enter, complete the online entry form. The films can be from 30 seconds to 5 minutes in length.
Films in all languages are accepted! However, for films that are not in English, please include English subtitles. Upload videos to YouTube as a video response to the Call for Entries video by February 15, 2011.
After you have submitted a film, APS can use and highlight your film submission. Please make sure that copyright and trademark laws are followed, as well as YouTube’s Terms and Conditions.
