Welcome to the 2025 APS Annual Convention Scavenger Hunt Game!
Here’s your guide to participating, earning points, and competing for amazing prizes:
Step 1: Register and Log In
To start playing, make sure you’re registered for the 2025 APS Annual Convention. If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so here. Once registered, log in to the app to access the game feature, labeled “Scavenger Hunt”.
Step 2: Visit Convention Events and Exhibitor Booths
Explore the various 2025 APS Annual Convention events (plenary and keynote sessions) along with Exhibitor booths to uncover hidden passcodes. Keep an eye out—the passcodes will be listed somewhere at the booth or the event, or the Exhibitor representative might have the code for you!
Step 3: Enter Passcodes
Enter the passcodes you find into the app’s Scavenger Hunt Game feature to earn points. Rack up as many points as possible by collecting passcodes from multiple booths.
Step 4: Check the Leaderboard
You can check the leaderboard to see how you stack up against other attendees. Keep climbing to the top for a chance to win!
Step 5: Prizes and Recognition
APS will randomly select the top 3 winners from those with the highest points.
- The top prize is complimentary registration and three nights at an APS selected hotel for the 2026 APS Annual Convention in Barcelona, Spain, May 28-30, 2026.
- The two runners-up will receive complimentary registration to the 2026 APS Annual Convention in Barcelona, Spain, May 28-30, 2026.
Winners will be announced on Sunday, May 25, 2025, via a push notification and a post on the Social Wall in the 2025 APS Annual Convention App.
