Abstract

Change fatigue is an undesirable effect of frequent organizational change tied to exhaustion and stress. Drawing on Conservation of Resources Theory, this proposed survey study investigates predictors of change fatigue. Anticipated findings include organizational support and perceived control serving as buffers, and dynamic work environments exacerbating feelings of change fatigue.
