A Pilot Investigation of a Brief, Combined Teaching and Well-Being Initiative In the Classroom

Abstract
This study examined the effect of a brief, combined teaching initiative and wellness intervention in the classroom, requiring students to develop individualized goals related to academic content and self-care. Most of the 46 participants reported that both types contributed “significantly” or “a great deal” to their learning gains and well-being.
