Abstract
We developed and utilized a hierarchical teaching assistantship model for a 300-student online psychology course. Through tiered oversight, structured mentorship, and weekly discussion forums, the model revealed high grading efficiency, enhanced student engagement, and created numerous professional development opportunities for undergraduate teaching assistants.
