Abstract
We leveraged a novel, exploratory matrix factorization algorithm and statistical learning methods to investigate symptom trajectories of psychopathology. Participants were 5,548 youth from five waves of the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development study (~9-15 years old). Fifteen longitudinal factors were identified, representing unique patterns in co-varying psychological symptoms across time.
