Music As a Tool to Increase Learning and Reduce Anxiety in the Classroom

Abstract
Psychologists have studied the effects of music on cognition and anxiety for decades. My Master's study, employing the state-trait anxiety inventory propelled me to explore how this can be utilized within the classroom. Through fifteen years of workshops, I have found that the results are consistent and effective.
