Addressing the Behavioral Health Needs of Staff in Youth-Facing after-School Programs

This presentation gives an overview of integrating behavioral health professionals into out-of-school programs (i.e., Boys & Girls Club) and addressing needs across these programs. We discuss the role of mental health professionals working as peers to program staff and the challenges of providing support to staff while managing dual relationships.
