Tools of the Trade: Introducing the Psychology Research Experience Preparation (PREP) Training Program

Limited understanding of undergraduate research assistantships hinders student engagement in psychology labs. We developed interactive modules that a) highlight benefits of research assistantships and, b) incorporate real-world scenarios covering research design, data collection, analysis, and ethics.
