Hurdles to Language Growth: Insights on the Stimulation of Language through Learning to Read in a South African Rural Primary School.

Abstract
Children develop social skills, including communication, through early interactions with peers. This study examines the impact of reading instruction on language development, highlighting challenges and successes. This study adopted a qualitative approach, 40 learners were participants. Findings suggest reading improves language skills, though barriers like resources and teacher training remain.
