Instead of responding to the color of the font in a Stroop task, participants simply responded "warm" or "cool" to the font color. Results indicate that congruent color-word (M = 718 msec) were responded to faster than incongruent color-words (M = 796 msec; F(1, 17) = 5.70, p < .03).
