Abstract
We investigated the impact of microaggressions on BIPOC students' experiences at the University of Ottawa using a cross-sectional design. A total of 403 BIPOC students completed a battery of online questionnaires. Analysis revealed that racial trauma symptoms and the experience of racial microaggressions on campus (r=.420, p<.001) were strongly correlated.
