Doctor, Psychologist, Pastor, Traditional Healer, or Self Help? Exploring Help-Seeking Preferences for Health and Psychological Concerns in Ghana.

We assessed where people are likely to seek help for physical, mental and life related issues. We administered a self-report survey to identify where participants would seek help.  We found that participants are more inclined to use non formal options like self-help, faith-based approaches for mental health and life-related challenges.
