Abstract

We will examine how internalized mental health stigma impacted the mental health of 1,801 Brazilian youth at high-risk of psychopathology from pre- to during COVID-19. Higher stigma is expected to predict worsening mental health problems and mental well-being, mediated by reduced help-seeking and moderated by self-identification with mental illness.
