Integrated Taxonomy and Measurement Framework for Leadership Behavior

The leadership literature is fragmented and suffers from numerous jingle-jangle fallacies. The goal of this proposed research is to develop an integrative conceptual framework that takes into account multiple measurement taxonomies based on a systematic literature review. Based on the conceptual integration, a new scale will be developed and validated.
