Abstract
Caregivers of pediatric OCD patients face overwhelming burdens, often resorting to family accommodation (FA) to alleviate distress, but ultimately exacerbating symptoms. This study examines how cognitive flexibility, uncertainty, and negative reinforcement influence FA and family functioning. Targeting these factors in treatment may alleviate caregiver burden and enhance familial well-being.
