Abstract
We tested the feasibility of a single-session digital mindfulness intervention on outcomes of anxiety, mood, and emotional attentional control. There were 135 undergraduate participants (82 female, Mage = 21.46). The intervention group showed lower anxiety and greater positive affect compared to control, and showed individual differences for attentional control.
