Abstract
Celiac disease (CD), an autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten, impacts not only gastrointestinal health but also neurocognitive functioning. In a study of 36 CD patients, 25.4% showed impaired information processing, while anxiety and depression were prevalent. These findings highlight the need for further research on CD's neuropsychological effects.
