Abstract

We evaluated the impact of cognitive behavioral therapy on insomnia and anxiety symptoms among 34 college students (Mage = 19.71, 58.8% Female) through a randomized clinical trial. Two-Way ANOVA revealed significant improvements in sleep efficiency (p = 0.005) and wake after onset (p=0.003), but no changes in anxiety severity (p=0.834).
