Joint Attention Is Foundation for Meaningful Events across Lifespan

This study examines the theory that joint attention experiences establish lifespan continuity of meaning viewed from perspectives of older adults. Participants ages 50-75 recount significant events that shaped their life meaning. Anticipated results are that they will cite joint attention events as framing meaningful events in their lives.
