Abstract
Fifty-two participants with brain tumor were assessed pre and postoperatively to explore changes in cognitive and language functions following awake surgery. The results showed that preoperatively, neurocognitive deficits were more prevalent in comparison to language impairments. Postoperatively, an overall decline in both cognitive and language functions was observed.
