Abstract

Using sequential exploratory mixed-methods research design; we aimed to explore wellbeing, post traumatic growth (PTG), social support, resilience and socioeconomic status among refugees in Ethiopia, Uganda and USA. Results will depathologize refugees’ mental health and depict the mechanisms through which social support influence wellbeing and PTG.
