Can Neuroscience Education Shift Beliefs about Coping and Therapy? a Randomized Test in People with Probable Anxiety

Beliefs can play a major role in mental health outcomes. We will recruit 150 anxious adults to receive either a Control psychoeducation or Neuroscience-education designed to improve self-efficacy, growth mindset, and expected efficacy of therapy for anxiety. We expect Neuroscience-education to improve beliefs better than Control.
