Abstract
Psychology researchers typically follow statistical reporting rules, but in cases where measurement error is non-random, these may lead to systematically biased reporting. We will present archival analyses demonstrating the extent of this problem in summary statistics of age in recent journals, as well as some researchers’ (more precise) creative workarounds.
