Social Intelligence, Intellectual Humility, and Leadership Skills in Student Political Group Members

This study examines social intelligence, intellectual humility, and leadership skills among 140 student political group members at Punjab University, Lahore. Using validated scales, findings indicate that both social intelligence and intellectual humility significantly predict leadership skills, with no gender differences observed. The study emphasizes fostering leadership skills in university settings.
