Intergenerational Transmission of Gender Role Beliefs: Implications for Work-Family Guilt Among Women in Chinese Families

This study aim to examine how mothers-in-law’s and husbands’ gender role beliefs impact women’s work-family guilt, using mediation analysis to assess direct and indirect effects via women’s own beliefs. The research involves 450 participants, and seeks to explore familial dynamics’ role in promoting gender equality.
