Aiming to Define and Measure Feedback Culture

This study seeks to define and measure “feedback culture” at the organizational level, filling a critical gap in current research on feedback in organizations. Through a three-phase exploratory approach—survey, interviews, and item development—we aim to create a validated tool, providing insights into feedback practices and their impact on organizational outcomes.
