Enhancing College Students’ Academic Achievement and Reducing Anxiety through Filming Peer-Advice Videos

Abstract
Our study examined changes in students' achievement and anxiety over time, as reflected in their experiences of filming peer-advice videos. We found that students' achievement increased and anxiety decreased upon completing the task. Additionally, the number of videos predicted higher achievement (β = .30) and less anxiety (β = -.25).
