"Happy Together": Multilevel Associations between Teachers’ and Students’ School-Specific Subjective Wellbeing

As the first of its kind, this study took a theory-informed stepwise modeling approach to delineate the consistent and positive cross-level associations between adolescents' and their teachers' School-Specific Subjective Wellbeing (for overall and specific dimensions) while partialing out the influences of adolescents' general-life Subjective Wellbeing.
