Abstract
We used Bayesian network modeling on 2,346 Filipino adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. Stress management and sleep quality were the most influential lifestyle factors for probable anxiety and depression. “Healthy lifestyle” and “unhealthy lifestyle” scenarios predicted 23-25% and 82-85% probabilities of psychiatric disorders, respectively. Lifestyle interventions show promise for well-being.
