Abstract
We predicted that self-models will result in different teamwork strategies. There were 595 participants (386 Males, Mage =20). We found that white people use influencing strategies more than people of color while females use adjusting strategies more than males (F (1, 595) = 4.68, p = .03, partial η2= .01).
