Abstract
Youth mental health is crucial, with depression and anxiety widespread. Our approach uses EYME- Explore Your Meanings, a digital tool using Virtual Reality to explore identity. With an RCT, we will compare its efficacy to the Unified Protocol, expecting significant impact on psychotherapy effectiveness and engagement for young adults.
