Exploring Instrumental Emotion Regulation across Ages: A Pilot Study

This study examines age-related influences on instrumental emotion regulation processes. The goal is to test the feasibility of a performance-based instrumental emotion regulation paradigm in a sample of younger and older adults. This work will help facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of emotion regulation competency across adulthood and old age.
