Testing the Effectiveness of a Cultural Mindset Learning Module for Engineering Students

We tested the effectiveness of a learning module designed to improve the cultural mindset across 2 studies of engineering students (N=185). The module was found to significantly increase malleable (and decrease essentialist) cultural mindset. Subgroup differences and the influence of individual difference variables (e.g., personality) were also tested.
